:2up:today was the final straw for using moto services. there i was a happy driver with the good intentions of staying that way when i stopped at birch services to give my pax a break. i didn't realy fancy anything myself as i had not long had a bacon bap at burtonwood services,(welcome break) but there was a yogart that looked inviting, picks it up and with card in hand takes it to the counter.
not a how are you today or any friendly barter NO, there are no vouchers and where are your pax, start to see a little red as i am doing all the right things as laid down in there new rules, why not say i and can i see the manager. wait i will go and get some, its as if she was pesonaly giving me somethiong from her own pocket. well i sits down and aftyer a few mins she comes back and thrusts it at me with not even a bye or leave.
so without a bye or leave i will go out of my way to avoid all moto services and they can have my card back, but it wont help others i know as all they want is our pax and to avoid giving us what they themselves have said we can have.
so moto from me to you,:2up:

I started boycotting Moto ages ago because of the same attitude. At easter I was taking my daughter for a weekend away in the Durham Dales so called in at Scotch Corner in the car, place was filthy and loos overflowing, needless to say I complained and received a tenners worth of vouchers in the post. So in August when I take her on holiday, I will call in at a Moto, just so that she can spend the vouchers in the shop, then I will be going and eating at Roadchef or Welcome Break :smilewink:

Maybe I'm going to the wrong Moto's. I haven't had a problem yet at Moto, but if I do I will be letting my feelings be known to their customer service outfit. There are enough people on the list who treat coach drivers like dirt, Moto shouldn't be added to that.

Action needed.

I dont have any problems with any of Moto's stations and make a point of stopping at the Moto Southwaite especially on the northbound. Always plenty of spaces and a BK and restraunt area. RESULT!

I never stop at MOTO i have always found them to be rude towards drivers so i never even applied for the card when the brought that in. I use Gretna Blacksmiths or Tebay depending where i am going both are great

I love Tebays too, but parking is sometimes abit of a faff. Always stop there soutbound, depending on where i've been, i tend to miss northbound
