hi all depending on the size of your expenses envelope one of the cheapest for parking the coach has got to be zeeburg park and ride (it is listed in most sat navs under parking as it does cars as well), head for exit 114 on the ring road, just before the tunnel under the harbour to central station you will see the park and ride...7.50 euro for 3 hours...2.50 euro each hour after, up to 18 euro maximum for 24 hours. Facilities include toilet drop/drivers restroom and shower/ toilet, CCTV, and security and ticket barrier. As an added bonus you get free tickets for the tram back into town to let you go "wandering" if you wish. spaces for 20 coaches. I mention this after getting stung initally right opposite the sea palace at the back of central station for 10 euro an hour....if I had not cottoned on i would have got 120 euro charge by the time we left.:tongue5:

There are about 5 FREE coach bays in a car park opposite the Amstel Botel 'Floating Hotel' and the Pollux 'Floating Bar and Restaurant'

Search for these coordinates on Google Maps: 52.402008,4.891157

Then there is a FREE GVB Ferry back accross the IJ Lake to Central Station.

You can drop in town, then head to the North side, park up and get ferry accross.

We're headed there now...

(Currently on M25 approaching Dartford!!!!) - 23:35 on 28/01/10 - lol
