Stop the credit card sellers in service stations

Don,t know about you guys, but I am sick and tired of being pestered by credit card sellers in the service stations, they will not take no for an answer, and appear to single out coach drivers. If like me you end up giving in and giving them your details just so you can get back to your bus, your at risk of having your credit score ruined. As they all do credit searches and the more of these you have the worse your credit rating becomes, as the lenders think your desparate for a loan or credit card. It was my acccountant who told me this. Service station managers should get rid of these pests, or at least tell them to leave coach drivers & other professional drivers alone.:2up:

just tell them you are bankrupt, they never bother even talking to you after that :tongue5:

Exactly.

I usually tell them that I have so many CCJs against me that no one would lend me anything.


My justification for this is that the credit sellers have a loose grasp of the truth, so my response should be to the same standard!
