What does everyone think of the new 'Minder' with Shane Ritchie? Personally I dont think its in the same league as Arfer an Tel in the old Minder. Dont think her in doors is impressed either! :disgust1:

Watched the first episode, and haven't seen it since, I was so impressed I forgot all about it.

The new 'Minder' is not a patch on the old one and never could be.

However if you take the new 'Minder' as a seperate programme and avoid comparisons its certainly not the worst programme Channel5 have ever commissioned. If you can get past the following its worth a watch, Just don't expect too much from it.

1.Shane Richie just plays Shane Richie,
2.The characters do not have the depth that the old ones did,
3.The script isn't in the same league as the originals.

Having watched all 6 episodes I would rate it as 6/10 for watchability...but then maybe I am in a minority because the reviews it got were not overly encouraging.
